We recently rented a caravan off Alex and it was a fabulous experience. We normally camp, but with a 3 week old baby we decided to caravan this time around. Alex was quick with replies and when we went to pick up the caravan he gave us a detailed in depth run through on how to work everything. The caravan had everything we required and more. We hired the Jayco Expanda Touring. We had such a great holiday and it was such a great van. Excellent condition and had absolutely everything we needed for our trip.
The service provided by Alex was outstanding!!! Very thorough demonstration at pick up and great knowledge of his fleet. The hitch and brake set up was perfect too.
With such amazing before and after sales service we will definitely be back.

What a pleasure to deal with Alex at Camping Hire WA! Everything - booking, pick up, drop off ect was wonderfully communicated and seamless. He even texted to check on us when we were in Exmouth and there was a cyclone nearby! We have had the most amazing holiday! The van was in great condition.
Alex was great to deal with and explained everything clearly.
We have hired vans off other businesses before but
would not hesitate to hire off Alex in the
future.
