Great experience with Alex and WA Camping Hire. We hired the Jayco Expanda for 4 weeks, travelling up to Exmouth and Karijini. We were equipped with everything we needed and able to be off grid for half of the trip. Our trip was full of memories we will cherish forever.

We recently hired the Jayco Lark for a trip up North.We are a family of 4 and we totally loved it!Easy to set up and very light to tow.
It came furnished with all the essentials for camping and extra accessories if needed.
Alex was extremely helpful explaining how to set up , flexible on pick up and drop off times and prompt to reply to any questions we had. We have some amazing memories thanks to Robin and we will definitely use camping hire WA again in the future!

Van was extremely clean and well looked after, we were away for nearly three weeks off grid and never lost power or gas. Only had to fill up the water tanks twice and we showered every night. It rained for a few days and no leaks! Alex is a super helpful man! Could not recommend these guys more:)

I can't find the words to describe our experience with this company and their Hilux 4wd.
We rented for 4 weeks and drove 7000km up north in Western Australia and it was one of best trip of our lives.
The Hilux got everything we needed and more, completely self sufficient with power and water and really easy to use with the complete explanation at the handover with Alex.
Looking forward to do again in the future.

We had this car for two months and would book it again without hesitation — it was the perfect vehicle for exploring Western Australia. From the moment we booked the car until the very end of our trip, Alex was always available, helpful, and incredibly friendly. No matter the question or situation, he was there to support us.
The vehicle itself is a unique custom-built setup and clearly stands out from the standard campers you usually get from other rental companies. With the larger fuel tank, all the extra features, and the thoughtful design, it is simply perfect.
The car was in excellent condition and perfectly equipped for long-term travel. It had everything we needed to comfortably stay off-grid for extended periods without worrying about electricity, water, or fuel.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! This was our first experience with a camper/caravan. We hired the Lark last weekend, you couldn't fault it. Everything we needed was there. Hiring a Jayco Lark Camper Trailer from Alex was very easy and stress free! So simply to book dates, pay deposit and balance and then arrange pick up/drop off. Nothing was too much trouble for him, from questions and set up demo. Is the van insured and is there any excess to pay in case of damages?
Yes, our vans are insured for hiring and standard damage cover is included in the price. There is no excess however a $1000-$1500 (depending on van) refundable bond is required.
4WD campervans have a bond of $6000 unless liability cover reduction is added.
Do I need an electronic brake controller in my car?
No, all our caravans come with a wireless brake controller unit. all you need is a towbar with working electrics and the towing capacity needed for the van of choice.
Is there a fridge in the van?
Yes, all our vans have a three-way fridge/freezer on board.
Is the gas bottle full on pick up?
Yes, the 9Kg gas bottle will be full on pick up and it needs to be filled up on return.
