 Is the van insured and is there any excess to pay in case of damages?

Yes, our vans are fully insured for hiring. There is no excess however a $1000-$1500 (depending on van) bond is required.

Is there a fridge in the van?

Yes, all our vans have a three-way fridge/freezer on board.

Is the gas bottle full on pick up?

Yes, the 9Kg gas bottle will be full on pick up and it needs to be filled up on return.

How long does it take to set the van up and is it easy for first timers?

The vans are very easy to set up. We will provide a full demo on pick up and written instructions will also be provided.

What’s the van weight?

Our vans weigh between 1370Kg and 2500Kg fully loaded.

How many people can sleep in the van?

We have vans which can sleep up to 8 people. Please see the description of each van to find out the sleeping capacity or get in touch with us if you require any assistance or recommendations.

How do we need to return the van?

The van should come back in the same conditions as you received it. You can decide to get the van clean by us (a minimum of $150 cleaning fees apply).

Can we take it off road?

All off road use has to be approved by us and an extra $500 refundable bond may apply.
